When will I receive my order?
- If you placed and paid your order before 12 am Bali time, your shopping will be delivered by 6 pm on the following day
- If you placed your order after 12 am your shopping will be delivered the next two days

How to cancel my order?
Once order being confirmed and payment is successfully made , basically you may not cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may contact our customer service center in the same day before 5 pm. We may charge cancellation fee depends on your payment method.
Return an item
You may return an item or more to us with reason below:
- If the item delivered is not the same like the item written in order form.
- If the item is expired (only for beauty products and foods)
- The item is broken when you received it
You may contact our customer service maximum 12 hours after receiving the item to report and organizing the return. Please contact our customer service for verification before making a return. We may be able to pick up the return or you may be able to drop the return to our ticket booths. We only accept return if you bring your payment receipt.

How do I know if my payment was successful?
If your payment has successfully made, you will immediately receive confirmation email.

For purchase below Rp 300.000 the delivery rate is Rp 20.000
