A. Ensure your item qualify for return, change and refund

Return and change

  1. If the product delivered is not the same like the product that you have ordered, you may request return and exchange to the same products. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery.
  2. If the product delivered is used, broken, or after expiry date when you received, you may request return and exchange to the same products. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery.
  3. All of product return and change has to be verified by our customer service.

Return and refund

  1. We may do refund if we do not have product stock to replace your product in the point return and exchange above.

DROP OFF TO US

You may drop off the returned product to Kura-kura Bus Booth in DFS Mall Bali Galeria, Seminyak Square, Bintang Supermarket and Beach Walk Shopping Mall Kuta.

PICK UP

We may provide pick up for your return to your hotels, villas, resorts and apartements.
